Board of Management
What is the role of the Board of Management?
The role of the Board of Management is to act in accordance with the terms of the constitution and to achieve the aims of sportessex. The Board of Management oversees the production and effective implementation of the sportessex Business Plan and ensures that the policies and principles of sportessex are upheld.
It also approves each year’s annual operational plan, allocates resources, ensures the preparation and production of reports as required, ensures the monitoring and evaluation of the work of sportessex and is empowered to act on behalf of the Executive Board to agree, monitor and review action plans and budgets.
