ExDRA's Role

What is ExDRA’s role?

ExDRA is the accountable body to East of England Development Agency (EEDA) for the Greater Essex Prosperity Forum and provides strategic guidance, technical support, delivery capacity and secretariat services for its members.

The GEPF strategy and structures are managed by ExDRA and ExDRA is subject to monitoring and compliance visits and to an annual statutory audit. ExDRA has its own Board and Audit, Risk and Renumeration Committee which together ensures that standards of financial and operational compliance are applied to all of the company's activities. EEDA's Relationship Manager for Essex will be invited as an observer at Governing Board meetings to monitor GEPF's performance against the Business Plan.
