Strategic Priority 3

Strategic Priority Three:
We want to create the right conditions in which businesses and people can flourish.

Train speeding by CrossingPartners should focus on affordable and high quality housing and employment land and premises, with a view to lobbying government where necessary. Planners should be fully engaged in this work. Transport networks and accessibility should be considered alongside this, engaging Transport Boards and delivery agencies.

A Task & Finish Group has been set up to drive forward and develop this priority. The group is committed to making a real difference in Essex.
