Strategic Priority Three:
We want to create the right conditions in which businesses and people can flourish.
Partners should focus on affordable and high quality housing and employment land and premises, with a view to lobbying government where necessary. Planners should be fully engaged in this work. Transport networks and accessibility should be considered alongside this, engaging Transport Boards and delivery agencies.
A Task & Finish Group has been set up to drive forward and develop this priority. The group is committed to making a real difference in Essex.
