Strategic Priority 1
Strategic Priority One:
We want to make a difference to the improvement of low skills attainment in Essex.
Given the responses to the draft Greater Essex Economic Framework it is recommended that skills is the most crucial issue of focus, particularly given its impact on other areas (i.e. inward investment, work readiness, higher value jobs, competitive economy).
A Task & Finish Group has been set up to drive forward and develop this priority. The group is committed to making a real difference in Essex.
