The three Essex Enterprise Centres are located in Basildon, Braintree, and Clacton and all provide workspace on a simple license agreement at subsidised rates.  The fee includes rent, business rates, electricity, heating, CCTV and parking – giving you more time to focus on what really matters, growing the business.

Basildon Enterprise Centre – is located on the Burnt Mills Industrial Estate. The Centre is a short distance from the Basildon / Wickford A127 junction and offers 33 workspace/units ranging in size from 150 – 500 sq. ft. with 24 hour access.

Clacton Enterprise Centre – is located on the Gorse Lane Industrial Estate, close to the main road to Clacton town centre and public transport route. The Centre has 22 workspace/units ranging in size from 150 – 325 sq. ft. with 24 hour access.

Braintree Enterprise Centre – is located on the Springwood Industrial Estate close to Stansted, M11 and the A120. The Centre has 30 workspace/units ranging in sizes from 226 – 470sq. ft.
