Special Offer:
The Essex Enterprise Centres has introduced a Rent Ramp Scheme to help relieve this pressure by reducing initial rent rates.
The Rent Ramp Scheme:
- 75% off 1st months rent
- 50% off 2nd months rent
- 25% off 3rd months rent
- Full rent payable from the 4th month onwards
Staggered deposit payments:
- 1 month payable upon occupancy
- Remaining deposit to be paid after month 3
This scheme runs for the period April - September 2009 at the Basildon and Clacton Enterprise Centres only. Businesses wishing to benefit from this scheme will need to produce a business proposal and agree to be monitored during their first three months.
