About Response to Redundancy
The Response to Redundancy programme (formerly known as Responding2Redundancy) provides information, advice and re-training opportunities to individuals facing redundancy.
The programme gives early support to certify their existing skills, and provide appropriate training to improve their opportunities in the job market when they are made redundant.
Response to Redundancy is linked to the Jobcentre Plus Rapid Response Service to make sure that people who face redundancy are given appropriate help to move back into work as efficiently as possible.
The Response to Redundancy programme is managed by The Consultancy Home Counties (TCHC) and is part of the Beyond 2010 programme managed by ExDRA.
