The Centres provide managed workspace backed up by free in-house confidential business advice giving local businesses an all inclusive package that is so important in those early years of a businesses development. Businesses have the flexibility to expand or reduce in size without the expense of relocation.
The three Essex Enterprise Centres are located in Basildon, Braintree and Clacton and provide workspace on a simple license agreement at subsidised rates. The fee includes a variety of services giving you more time to focus on what really matters, growing the business.
The Basildon and Clacton Enterprise Centres offer cost effective seminar and training room facilities that can be hired by the hour or a full day as required, offering the following:
- Multi media and overhead projector
- Television/video
- Flip chart and white board
